Zach Eveland is the president of Blacklabel Development, Inc., a provider of innovative electronic design solutions and electronic product development and prototyping services. He and his company have designed and built devices and installations for industries and applications from museums to operating rooms, for environments ranging from jacket pockets to cocktail lounges.
With Despina Papadopoulos he has developed fabrickit, a wearable electronics toolkit meant to streamline the construction of wearable projects, making them more reliable, attractive and ready-to-wear.
Zach is a member of Studio 5050 and an adjunct professor at New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP). He is also a founding member of the Fritzing project, an electronic design tool for artists, students, and designers.
